Prophetic dreams/ Astral

Are prophetic dreams the same as Astral Projection. I have had some really vivid strong prophetic dreams in the past. I have flown in the sky, swam in Oceans without scuba gear. And fly into outer space without oxygen masks. Is this Astral Projection, or more Dreams?

When I do this my mom says I yell and scream in the night. I don't mean to.

I don't think they fall under prophetic, as prophetic means more or less "seeing the future" and I'm sure you won't fly in outer space without any gear on. However, they could be some sort of projection, and they could not be. I don't personally think it is astral projection, but it could be a form of mental projection. Or, it could just be a dream.

If you are yelling and screaming at night though, chances are it is a dream. However, I don't know why you would yell and scream when it comes to those sort of dreams, unless there is more to them you don't remember.

Thank you for your input. You make sense. I understand a little better that it could be a mental projection, not Astral Projection while I dream. I really don't know why I yell and scream. I don't mean to do it.
