Weird Ability! Need Help!

Hello. I'm really confused. I have no idea what this is, and any suggestion is great. I seem to be able to trigger something weird. When I do, my body somewhat shakes, and it feels like a great burst of energy builds up my body. Again, I don't know if I'm going insane, or whether this is a scientific phenomenon, I just really want an answer. If you know anything about this, PLEASE comment! Thanks!

I feel like I am shaking and full of energy, while feeling light weight and numb.... I astro-project.... If your feeling what I do, then this is what your doing. And you will need to control it and shield your body while your away elsewhere.

Not really. Its just really hard to explain, really. When it happens, it sort of makes me twitch, and it feels like a bunch of energy is building up all over my body, and the more I do it, the stronger it feels. I can't hold it for that long. I don't seem to have to get into a meditational pose, but it does make it easier to trigger. This is all of the info I can give you, really. It's hard to put into words. I don't feel lightheaded, really, except when I do it too often, sometimes

OMG! the same thing is happening to me. i think im going crazy to! Some say it could be a manifestation of like telekinesis. But IDK for sure!

One thing it is not is evidence of telekinesis since telekinesis only exists in fantasy novels and Hollywood films.

I would recommend consulting your physician. Best not to take chances with something that makes you physically "twitch", another way to look at a twitch is as a minor seizure, and if sometimes makes you lightheaded when you do it too often then it is definitely something you need to have checked out by a professional. As Lark stated, one thing it definitely is not is a manifestation of a fantasy power.

When you trigger it, what is "it"? And what can't you hold for long? You are not making yourself clear. And as another said, a twitch can be seizure. Go to the doctor.
