Telekinetic dream

Hi, I have multiple dreams each night and keep a dream journal, but this one kinda stuck out to me. Any kind of interpretation or insight would be lovely.

DREAM:

Last night I dreamt that I had the power of telekinesis. There was a small blonde girl in my house who was also telekinetic and was making a mess of things. The little girl looked like my younger self, but... darker? Like a malevolent energy. I had to prove to her that I was also able to move objects with my mind, so I did but it completely drained me. I had to move an object back to it's original location, but ended up breaking the object instead. The little girl then said to me, "Practice." and she walked away.

I woke up short of breath and slept much longer than I normally do. I'm feeling very weak and am easily exhausted today.

i think that your body thought the dream was real and drained your energy while you were sleeping...well thats what i think anyway
