Abilities or Logic?

I have always thought I have some ability to predict small distances into the future. However, I am worried that this may just be false hope, because I could just be logically figuring out likely possibilities that could occur.

True ability or just logic?

your subconscious can pick up on things your conscious may not, so through dreams you can see future events because your mind figured them out, so in that sense, yes, it's logic.

events a little further is more likely an ability, it also depends on what these predictions are. foreseeing someones death in a few weeks when you're always around that person/animal day in and day out, your subconscious mind might pick up subtle hints. if you dream someone you see very rarely will die, or someone will be hit by a bus, then i would say it's abilities. same with seeing locations you've never been to or events years in the future, that would be abilities. foreseeing you'll have chicken fingers on Tuesday when your school normally sells chicken fingers on Tuesdays would not count.
