hello, i was wondering if anyone knows of some powerful herbal tea or something to help my friend. He hasent been able to sleep in well for five years! the strange thing is that all sleeping medication causes him to have hallucinations...and hes tried warm milk an camomil tea but to no affect. he says hes fine and has lived with it this long and cn surive but i worry. dose anyone know of something they have tried (or someone else) and knows it works

Try the chamomile again, but add nutmeg, and maybe some valarian in pill form. It is to relax. Also, aroma therapy might help. Lavender in a pouch under pillow at night will have a relaxing affect. It smells really nice. A semi-hot bath or shower will warm the body. As it cools down, it relaxes the body to go to sleep. Well, I hope this helps. BB

A herbal remedy for sleep, is an infusion of catnip. (Basically just some catnip boiled in water). Catnip is a herbal sedative, and might work :)

The reason I thinkmis because he is lacking cosmic energy, how do you get that? Well by mediating and I am not saying to meditate for 1 hour just 10 to 15 min each day would help, try that and tell me if there is any effect.

Any normal catnip you can buy from a herbal shop :)
