If the spell has already set, you should not have to recast it. The jar is just a method of casting the spell and isn't necessarily the thing keeping the spell together. However, I would ask the friend who made it first.

Have you actually checked the lyrics to the song to see if they contain your nickname? Google is a powerful tool and should be used in cases like this when it can be.

those jar spells are supposed to be worked consistently. if someone opened it, then the spell got broke.

If you heard your nickname it could be a couple of things. people's brains work this way; they tend to put order out of perceived chaos. so your brain may have perceived some sounds and your brain "ordered it up" to sound like something familiar. otherwise, it could be a message but it depends on the context of what is going on at that moment, in your life etc.
I think you know the answer better about it than someone on the internet.
