Creepy, need help

Last night, my mum said, I was acting delirious.

I walked around the table,
Went to my bed,
Called out help, not mum
Said everything was wrong,
Then my throat,

I also went to sleep in between mum coming in and out my room.
Can anyone explain or help?

could you be a bit more specific?
By what I undertand reading the state you were in last night might be related to stress, or a minor deseas like flu (maybe high fever, throat?).
You might look for some herbal tea to help you calm down your nerves, like chamomile, mint or basil and something with antiseptic properties if you feel ill, maybe a bit of lemon juice with a little pinch of salt, not to be drunk, but to gargle for your throat.
But by all means go to a doctor if the state persists.

Sounds like sleepwalking. Maybe you could google that.

Oh it's entirely possible to sleepwalk with one's eyes open.

Sleepwalkers don't like to see their reflection. I looked this up because my friend took down all her mirrors and pictures while sleepwalking. Put a mirror up and see what happens. If you want to rather wake yourself, tie a bell on your leg. Or tie your leg to the bed, lol.=, with enough room to put your foot down. (No falling out of bed!) BB
