Making a broom?

Hello, I am planning on making my own broom soon. I have found a perfect stick outside and I cleansed it and every thing. I just need some recommendations for making my broom...
My elements are water and air, and I love the night but I sort of need help with the other items I need. I really want to put the air, water and night into that broom! Its my first time making a broom for myself and I am not planing on buying one. But, I just need help on what to use and how to make it. Thank you for your time

Luna, do you know why it is called "a broom"?
Because that is what it was originally made from,Broom; a bush. Before the advent of Sweeping Brushes.
So a Broom is a bunch of thin twigs of Broom attached to a "shaft". Many witches would use the broom to "sweep out negativity" from the house. And, of course, to clean the work area.
But please do not believe all that nonsense of flying about on it!

Oh i know about that already. I just wanted advice on what to use to make it, I wanted to use it for sweeping the negativity out of my circle and stuff like that...
