my wiccan friend is...

my friendis in deep trouble with unknown spirits and she is in constant pain as she says it them getting even.. but its like a knife going down er back any ideas?

Well if she is being attacked banish them from her life. She should have a cleansing bath for starters [sea salt and water is fine] light white candles and have her step into the bath and breathe deeply. Visualize/feel all negative energy being washed away by the water. When ready, pull the plug and let the water take all the negative energy away. After that take some sage smudge [or a cleansing incense] and together cleanse her house. The more energy used the stronger a spell is, so if the both of you focus on getting rid of the spirits it will be more effective. Waft the smoke throughout her house [have the doors and windows open, shutting them behind you after you cleanse a room] all the while saying, chanting, or thinking 'get out' or something similar. Finally sprinkle sea salt on the windowcills, doorways, and around the house to stop them from getting back in.

After the house is cleansed, cast a protection spell or make a protection charm for your friend to wear. Daily shielding is another good idea. You might also have to recast depending on the spirits persistance.
