it's a just a tv comercial,
red bull is just a stimulant drink, it's like a drogue or cafe, since it contains cafeine you may get adicted to it.

There was someone who had a test the next day, he drank red bull all night to keep himself awake, 'cause he had to study.

When he was done he stood up and then fell to the floor and died.
So don't drink too many!!!

And it's true cause I read it in a newspaper.
