Tips for Meditating plz

or concentration, its noisy where i live so i have a hard time meditating DX can anybody tell me how to meditate in a noisy area?

have your headphones in with meditation music on to drown out the outside world :-)

As above said, headphones with meditation music will help, however once you learn to tune out certain sounds, you may not need them anymore. calming your mind, and letting your thoughts go, will help you relax enough that you may not even need headphones.

When you read a good book, do you just zonk out? If you do, just get into that kind of mood and block everything out.
