I know this may be stupid and I'm sorry about it but I just got more worried that I just want to ask.
Yesterday, I want to the woods and I had a rock in my hand walking around seeing why kind of damage my family does to it, by throwing stuff. Why trees fell from the storms as stuff. Then all was fun but when it came to night time I want to get some good with my son, going was fun but coming back was I don't know how to say it or put but I got my head playing games with images like I will see a figures in the fog. Other thing that happened was I felt likely head and then y body some shiver where I almost got stuff and felt like I was losing my self, Home finally still scared, an not understand whats going on. I'm hoping it's just me being per-annoyed and and that I got to not pay attention. I have been trying to meditate and I didn't last night, and I have been trying to opening my third eye.
Hope someone can just say it's just me going a little crazy :)
Thank you all.
1) You are seeing into the astral plane.
2)Your imagination is playing tricks on you.
3) You are going crazy.
Without a repeated experience and more data you won't be able to come to any of these conclusions. Nor can anyone else come to these conclusions for you as we cannot judge an experience we did not have. It is all subjective, only the individual can fully decide what they are experiencing.
I agree with Hadit93. Maybe if you take another journey like this, afterwards write your experiences down in a journal. Write how you felt and what you did, including what you drank and ate, before the journey then what happened during the journey and finally what you did after it and how you felt as well.
When I was driving more then once when I turn the high beams on my head played a humans figure in the fog. Even when I set down to eat, I head no urge of hunger. Like most hope it's just me pear-annoyed.
Though got home today and seeing the house scared for sec and when inside
I feel some pressure in my head, tried meditating, then want to sleep for few min and again head some pressure in my head. Not from top but the sides of it.
I believe that may be your temples pounding, you maybe going through stress. Be sure to take deep breaths everyday. Not to the point you become light headed and pass out though.
There are many reasons why it is always suggested never to go into the woods at night alone. This is one of them. A rational explanation could be that you are disorientated at night. We are not naturally nocturnal creatures. There are also different animals that come out at night that behave far differently than the day time ones. The owls here near my home can sound like a cat being brutally killed. Fog shows that there was a change in temperature that would cause more water in the air, combined could cause a "chill" to make you shiver.
Certain circumstances due tend to make people more capable of seeing spirits. One in particular is dim lighting. You can reproduce this exact effect by sitting in a large room with a single candle at one side. Sit with your back to the candle. Viola! Let your clairvoyancy go wild. Of course, it only works if there is something in the room to look at. :p
I believe that the "spooky" atmosphere fueled your fear causing you to become extremely aware of your surroundings. And the dim lighting that occurs from walking in the woods by the light of the moon and stars, and maybe a flashlight ("torch" in the UK) would cause you to see spirit/energy.
The woods are very much alive! Every tree, every blade of grass is alive. And life is spirit. At least that is how I was taught. Some plants have fantastic auras as well which you could have noticed more readily, especially as you past through the trees. The feeling of a forest is unlike any other. I thoroughly enjoy it.
Thank you everyone, for all your input. It helped a lot and I feel better becuase of it. I will be more awair of what goes around with lots of notes to keep :)
Thank you all again.
