Whenever I feel I need to cast spell to get me out if the dumps, or to help improve something going on in my life, there's one problem- no supplies. First, I need money to buy seeds and plants or prepared herbs. Plus, candles and oils, etc. What's a girl to do?? I am ready to learn and improve my spellcasting(which never works) but I simply can't due to this. Please help!!!!
You don't have to have supplies or anything like that when you cast a spell. That is an option. It could help but you do not have to have items. If you can't cast a spell properly then you need to research and learn on how magick works and how to cast a spell. Spells also take time to work so patience is also necessary. Spells will not fix and help every problem in your life. Sometimes the best solution is from a physical standpoint and not a magical one. There are also other ways to improve or help yourself in other ways if you do the research. If you don't have money then the best solution is to save your money up. Plus it is not all when you feel something. A lot of times it is about when and how you know something.
I agree with Saturn. Magic and spells don't require any items or the money to get them. The only things you truly need to make magic successful is first of all connection to existence, next the need for the magic, emotion is always essential and the power of your will. The items are there as a physical representation of your magic and give you a way to focus on something in order to more easily manifest your spell.

There are many things you can do to earn money to purchase supplies or earn the supplies themselves. Many people have gardens, offer to do gardening work. You can mow grass, trim shrubery, weed garden beds. They can pay you with money or plants and seeds. You can get a job, or, if you have issues with a formal job you can try the above mentioned gardening or babysitting. You can pick up cans and benefit the earth by helping with litter and have the added benefit of turning the aluminum in for cash. The simple act of doing these things will keep you so busy you will find you havent had time to mope about and be "in the dumps".
depending on where you are, magic supplies cam be hard to come by. but there are some things like salt that you cam use. I used to use glass stones(charmed). while not nearly as powerful as minerals, they are still better than nothing. if you are in or near Winnipeg, you can try radiance, its down on cordon. hope this helped.
