My name is Scirefox and I am new to the site as well as to the realm of Magick. I have always had an interest in wicca and witchcraft probably because the house I grew up in was filled with objects and artifacts of a mystical nature or magical nature. My mother passed when I was Five but I believe she may have practiced in life and my father himself is a professional ghost hunter and works with potions and crystals. He has only hinted at a few things to me but never brought me in. I am currently studying the art and philosophies as well as beliefs and practices of wicca and witchcraft. I have a strong desire to learn. I used to believe that science was the only true power in this world but recently I have come to modify that belief. However, I retain the facts of science at the core of my beliefs and branch from there. I do believe in the soul, reincarnation and spirits. I also believe that each person has shared energy in them and can affect the space and time around them with it. I Believe in the angelics as well as in demons and that nothing is absolute about them. I have had experiences that lead me to know that I can sense spirits and/or energies around me as well as perform astral projection in my sleep. I think I can also connect with animal spirits from time to time but I am not certain about this. I feel that the elements of this world guide me: Earth, Metal, Wind, Fire, Wood, Electricity, etc.
Then your familiar with the quantum side of this, yes? In science and in my practice pyrokinetics(my element is fire) Its mind over matter. I see ghosts my friend, if you could, will you describe you seeings and expieriences with me?
I am familiar with quantum theory. I think that if one concentrates hard enough they can affect the molecules in matter to create movements or even a phase change ( if the individual is well practiced) such an example would be the monks of Tibet who can generate heat from the palms of their hands,a form of pyrokinetics. I have not outright seen "Ghosts" like in the movies. I can feel the energies that spirits emit or leave behinds kind of like footprints. I sometimes have seen human shaped figures only when moving and not concentrating and more so only out of the 'corner' of my eye. The best I can describe seeing are what I call shadow figures. Once with a native american friend (who could contest If he were still alive) to this is seeing a "Shadow Cat" in an apartment where there certainly were no living cats at all.
Well yes that is the heart of my practice, in my life i have had many exieriences. In fact i have a demon dog that follows me around. When i see spirits i see them clearly and i can communicate with them. Recently i met my former self my former friend and wife. Among all of these i have had demons threaten to kill me and try to take my blood.
Thank you for your advice it is much appreciated. I plan on researching meditation techniques first and then practical application. I don't want to get ahead of myself, I see a lot of warnings against such behavior. I am highly interested in protection but I do not know where to begin. This is the first I have heard of Psi balls, what are they?
