Impossible. You can't use magick to draw certain types of people to you, atleast, not in this sense.

Find a girlfriend and tell her you would like for her to try bellydancing.

That's a bit weird.
I suggest you to find a girl yourself who's a great belly dancer. Cast an attraction love spell upon her and she'll be yours.

Love spells aren't simply garaunteed to work every time you cast them (any kind of spell or working, really). If you want to go the magick route, you can write up a list of qualities you'd want in a girlfriend. Be vague, but to the point so as to not restrict your working. When you're done with this list, you can burn it (in a safe manner, of course), soak it, read it aloud and then shred it, use candles, or set it near a poppet you work on that creates a visual representation of such qualities (obviously, not all qualities can be visual, but you can do what best corresponds visually that your subconscious will understand). There are many, many ways to cast spells and love spells are included in that. Find what works best for you.

If you want to go the mundane route, start looking around for belly dancers, go to where they would meet up and/or dance, and then pursue them like you would any other girl you'd want to date. Because this is different for everyone, I'm not delving into this for advice to give.

If you want a belly dancer girlfriend, then you must find a belly dancer girl. Using Magick to find a true love is guaranteed 100% will not work.
