AP Basically An LD?

okay so I'm going to give up on LD for awhile and focus on AP, since I've gotten farther. During an AP, I know that you can go anywhere you want but cannot change the scene as like in a lucid dream.

But am I still able to do other things that you can do in a lucid dream ? Like conjure something up Just by wanting it ? Or Like getting some sword in your hand if your ever in trouble , or making a cute
girl/spirit appear to be with you on your journey?

Honestly I would like to AP because it'll be more realistic + most of the benefits of a lucid dream other than being able to change the plot and such.

Well lucid dreaming is one of the steps to get to astral projection in some methods. When you wake up-it's more like a half awake state because your body is still paralyzed- you will want to raise your vibrations even higher. I was just reading that this my sound like a high pitched whine or buzzing in your body. (when i tried it, it sounded more like a loud whirring or engine and it scared the crap out of me) When you move your astral body you may simply feel like you are moving your physical body.

Yes. Even though Lucid dreaming is a different practice, it is used as an effective Astral projection technique.
To answer your question, Nothing's impossible in the astral.
And DezzyT, I believe you're talking about "the hypnagogic sounds".
