Dealing with negativity

Any suggestions on how to deal with a person I have to around constantly who I feel has a very negative energy.

He seems to take pleasure in hurting me in little ways and may be sending out negative energy to me out of spite or jealousy or something else.

At this point I am incapable of physically leaving without making my life worse.
Anything would help

first they would have you think that your life would be horrible without them in your life but here is the thing it gets way better i would suggest tigers eye and hematite tigers eye protects and hematite grounds the energy

well, I'd say not to be around him if possible, since he's so negative and seems to enjoy making you and others feel bad. Those kinds of people aren't worth being around. Negative energy spreads like wildfire, and sometimes a person is trying to send it out due to anger or depression and sometimes someone doesn't even mean to send it out.
If you can't cut him out of your life for some reason. Try shielding spells, to keep his energy from getting to you. And use cleansing after you're around him to get rid of any of the energy that may have gotten to you anyway.
Chances are, he's a troubled person who probably has some kind of emotional or mental issue. It may be a good idea to also do some work for him, Prayer and things of that nature, asking for this energy to leave him and him to wish to change his ways is a good way. Yeah, its difficult to do things for people who hurt you and are like that, but not only would you be helping him you'd be helping yourself and the people around him that are also effected by that energy.

Is this the fiance you were posting about earlier that you suspect of cheating? If so move on, this is not the person to spend your life with. Sometimes when we are in a bad place we have to take action that is difficult and uncomfortable for a time in order to improve our lives. If you choose to continue on in a relationship that is unfullfilling there is little advice or assistance anyone can give you because you are the one placing limits on yourself.

Yes it is but I think Chaosxbliss had a ver good post about it and seems to be exactly right about him.

I am getting my ducks lined up first

I am doing shielding spells as needed but feel very drained afterwards and then I have to go to work a and am tired by the time I get there.

I guess there is no easy answers but continue to cleanse his energy off of me as much as possible.

I think he has undiagnosed mental issues and is the type of person who won't get help for it because he doesn't see a problem.
