Did I do it wrong?

I tried a spell and it didn't work. What did I do wrong?

I made the cascade badge and wore it the whole time, I drew the picture of the pokeball with the japanese text on the top and bottom on it, and I got the item for the bug type. After that, I said what it told me to say, did everything as said, and it didn't work. I even tried bloodbinding it.
Do I need to put chi into it? Do I need to do it at midnight for more strength? Please tell me what I did wrong, or if it's fake. And yes, I put a lot of belief into it.

If it summons a Pokemon that's fake. Pokemon is a manga show that is totally fake. Don't waste your time and energy on those spells. They won't work. One reason is magick can't summon something physically. Two is the one that I put up in the second sentence. Oh yeah and the person who made that has no idea about true magick. Or the craft.

As the person above said, you cannot physically conjure something into existence. The laws of physics cannot be broken my magic.

But just because Pokemon is a manga and show doesn't mean it's 100% fake and didn't work somehow. If you believe in the Astral, it's possible it exists there. Otherwise, it could be a spirit of some sort. Or maybe it exists as an archetype of whatever you wanted it to be. It mostly depends on your paradigm.
