Hi everyone. I have just created my account here but I've been chanting spells since I was 10 and now I'm 14, but I haven't known my magical element is. My zodiac sign is Taurus so it's an earth element, but I love fire and water. My hands are always hot even though my body is cold, and sometimes when I'm feeling so down it rains, and when I'm angry it's sunny, and when I'm happy it's windy. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or it has a connection to what my element is. Please help me.
You should try to connect with all four, since the it's best and more proper in my opinion. None of us will have a specific element, keep that in mind.

Including, that depends in which system are you using. Some paths work with planets, and elements, etc. So, you need to be sure, which one are you using, probably there should be a table with elements, zodiac, etc to help. And about the comment, is best way to be sure, is working with each one of them or all of them.

Actually, the idea that you have an Element isn't correct. It's something that Hollywood dreamed up in the movie, The Craft, and someone people latched onto it and it won't go away.
We are not one Element, we are composed of all of the Elements. What we truly want to do is learn to work with all of them in balance. It is true that you may find that one or two of the Elements are initially easier to work with. That isn't because they are "your Elements" but because you need to spend more time and effort learning to work with the others that are more difficult for you.
Nor is it true that "your Element" is the Element of the Sign of the Zodiac in which you were born. Anyone who does astrology can tell you that your birth sign is only a portion of what influences your life. Which Houses the other planets fall in also has great influence. Take myself for instance, I was born in Taurus, which is an Earth sign. But I also have planets that fall under Water, Air, and a lot in Fire. So again...I am not one Element only.
Which Elements you work with also depends in part on which forms of magic you practice. The classic Elements in Western magic are Earth, Air, Wind, and Fire. Some also add the Element of Spirit to that. In Chinese astrology and magic the Elements are Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. That's why it is important to understand what you want to work with and in which system you are working because it changes the perceptions regarding the Elements.

In my situation for example, I had to work with element balancing, and there is a table with zodiac sign, month, elements and entity related. I see the elements as part of us or as Lark said, and all the elements are needed, to make the balance, like dark and light, never only one element. But when we talk about a specific element (for example water element), this one has specific meaning, like emotional work, healing, etc. So, in this situation, when we talk about specific element, it is valid to talk about the attributes of the person/and element meaning?
Elements are used in magick. You can't just conjure it up and blow someone off the face of the earth. That's in Hollywood movies. I don't have a particular element I connect with all five. Anways elements are used in magick. You ask the elements to boost your magick. That's what I do. Anyways, elements are not another ingredient to magick. They are real and powerful spiritual forces. You don't just shoot them from your hand, that's pure fantasy. Anyways that's my response hope it helps. Have a great time.
The element thing is more than just magic. It is how you react and relate to your world. Based on what you've said SnowQueen, it seems the zodiac is more right than wrong, but it is true, we are made of all the elements. The one that most relates to you, or reflects your personality is usually deemed your strongest 'element'. more research will show an actual trend in traits regarding elements.
