We talking Wicca? The Goddess is named Goddess, and the God is called God.
The Goddess is known as the Triple Goddess, Maiden, Mother, Crone, and Lady [some people call her Mother Earth, but its not universal.] People sometimes associate her with goddesses from other religions with similar attributes [such as Isis] but she doesn't have a name like 'Sarah' or something, its Goddess.
The God is similar, he has no real name, but he is know has the Horned or Stag God, Lord, The Green Man, or the Oak and Holly Kings. Granted those are tales used in conjunction with the God, but it is used to represent him.

In British Traditional Wicca a very specific God and Goddess are worshipped. Their names are never shared with those that are not initiates of those Traditions.
Some other Traditions may choose to work with specific deities as well. As an example, Dianics work with the Goddess, Diana. Which is why they are called Dianics.
For those who work as solitaries or as part of Traditions that do not venerate specific deities it is possible to work with whichever deities with whom one forms a relationship. In my personal practice I work with Sekhmet, Thoth, Anubis, and Menthu.
It is also perfectly acceptable to simply view the God and Goddess as the Lord and Lady and never give them specific names. Many eclectics or those who have not yet formed an attachement to specific deities choose to work in this fashion.
Since we are talking wicca I would like to suggest one thing, do the year and a day study, it will help a lot.
Anyways, if your following wicca the normal wiccan will have there goddess and god called ''great mother or great father'' ''goddess or god'' or more specific names like ''Hecate and Apollo'' many feel more comfortable with having a specific name So they can connect more easily. I believe this is my point of view and I also have a name for my goddess and God, like Zeus, Hera, Demeter and so fourth. Some who are wiccan follow a set of pantheons, others just pick a name they like. This isn't the right way for everyone, it depends in the person and the connection.
Please for everyone who follow the goddess and god and only use that name, remember your not right, your right for yourself and your spirit but the name and person may have a different veiw. Bb
