What is astral projection

Is astral projection holographic or flat? Is it harder to do than summonings? Is there a special skill i should have to do this?

It's basically sending your spirit or astral body, to the world of spirits and astral beings.

I would define it as shifting the seat of consciousnes from the physical body to the 'energy body', 'body of light', 'astral double' (whatever you want to call it.)

I personally would not define it as leaving the body, as you do not leave it completely, rather the shifting of the majority of awareness from one body to the other.

Don't concern yourself on the nitty gritty details, it will hold you back. It is better to experience it for yourself- as words are liable to misinterpretation.

Ever onford, astral projection is a form of subconscious leaving the body. Have you ever felt in a dream when your sleeping that your flying? That may be possibly astral projection. It is a form of your mind leaving your body I think and travelling to another place, plane, or area. You don't usually need a special skill, it's better if however your calm and relaxed and very attune to yourself. I would say astral projection is holographic, it depends on the person though. Also it very well I harder than summoning's, it takes energy after. But summoning is also harder, it is both diffulcult. However in my opinion I don't use astral projection to debate if summoning is easier, why? There two different things, and there both hard work in there own way

Astral Travel is mentally projecting your spirit in another place. To do so requires only mental discipline, and open mindedness. It is not a particularly advanced skill. Shamans and magical healers do it all the time!
