Candle question

Is it better to snuff out a candle or blow it out?
The spell I am going to do says blow it out. But ive read blowing it out is not good. Any advice as to which I should do.

I hear that is better to snuff the candle, because if you blow it out, it could or can take away the working of a spell or ritual. Like it effects the energy of that spell. Its what ive heard. Snuffling is snuffling your magick out.

I've had spells that called for gently blowing out the candle if you had to leave and couldn't watch it. Whereupon returning re light the candle and let it burn. Then I now see to use a snuffer, so I'm confused too.

I've heard that snuffing is better, but I've also heard that dripping water on the candle to put it out works well too. c:

I am a firm believer of snuffing. I think that blowing disrupts the spell. I always say to snuff when writing my own spells.

Well..while sending energy to someone far distance,,the candles are blown...if not they are sniffed :)

It is up to you; however, I would abide by the directions of the spell.

It is my understanding that blowing out a candle is disrespectful. So I always snuff mine out.

It's not needed to Snuff a candle out, but it honestly depends. If the spell calls for sniffing out, or blowing out then, follow it.

You could snuff it (usually it's bettter to) or blow it out(I do it, for i dont have a snuffer) or, just pinch it out.
