To start off we need to understand what magic is. Magic is energy, pure energy that lives around us, within us, and throughout the universe. To use it we have to find our magical core which is generally around the chest area. Mentally search until you find the energy( I don't know how to describe it but you will know when you find it). Then draw it from your core through arms and to your fingertips. Then all you have yo do is focus the energy into what you want. Energy ball,control over things, etc.

You can't control things with magick. Also magic 101 is the name of a game. Magick simply cannot do what you say.

A person's center varies between men and woman as our center of gravity is different. Look into grounding and charging exercises to get a feel for the flow before making psi balls.

As Neko said. yes magick is energy and energy only, but we do not necessarily know where magick is sourced at because to me personally, I don't think it's sourced in one desinated area of the body, I believe magick flows through us. Now understand that creating "PSI Balls" are away of using your energy, but what they need to learn is how to control this energy, move it through their body by will, but they also need to learn the limits of energy.

He was sounding like they meant that you could control and blow people up with energy. Witch of course is not true. But you are both right nekoshema, and Zeus universe.
