help with spirits problem

Were to start....well I'll explain my last 6 hours and take it from there....heading to bed last night I turned everything off after a productive evening playing with my fimo clay...quite as usual...turned livingroom light off...crossed the dark livingroom to the lighted hallway....as soon as I passed the door to the bottom of the stairs I could feel the male presence above me on middle landing.....the house was warm....the landing was freezing.....I walked across 1st landing tured light off in the freezing cold and turned up next set of stairs and felt the 2nd male presence loomin above me on 2nd landing...passed throught it in the freezing cold into my bedroom....noted a slight rise in temperature as I entered my bedroom.....got into to bed and noted the drop in temperature almost straight away.....my room has been freezing for the last 6 hours. Ive been aware of both negative male spirits in my bedroom all night.....I can sense them watching me. About 25 minuts ago I felt the bed at the side of me go freezing cold and then the wardrobe doors banging.....at this I tryed to speak but took severl attempts to get audible worlds to pass my lips...I managed a mutter get out and the room went warm....so now ive kind of given up trying to sleep and see what I can do... ive always been able to sense spirts maybe catch something out corner of my eye n I have seen family that have died when they have shown them selves to me. How can I work on removing the negative spirits but work on improving something I can naturally do. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated :)

well you can just cleanse your house or if you're good with energy working you could try to just lock down your house with positive energy

I'll try a cleanse....im new to magick/wicca so will be my first attempt thank you for your reply :)

This may or may not work for you but what I like to do is burn a positive insense stick before I go to bed to help ward off any unwanted presences.

amm old trick i was taught is red thread over doors keeps out unwanted negative things also

oh just one thing don't wright magick/wicca as those two are weary different things that don't necessarily rely on each other

You could Cleanse your home by using white sage...
Smoking them out of your home might work...
