Hi every one, sorry if i may hurt anyone through this post but its strictly my own opinion. For several time i've been trying to get help on meditation, grounding and centering, all to no avail. Maybe im begining to believe that my being an African has contributed to my not been able to get help. My assumption though! Once again, im sorry if offend anyone through this post. Just know that im most confuse and disappointed as well.

Your country of orgin has nothing to do with people helping or not .. many learn the basics on their own .. what exctaly are you struggling with on the basics .. meditation is not easy for some but can only be mastered by you yourself the same with grounding and other bascis .. if you do require any pointers mine like many heres inbox is open to you
Hi, you are overthinking this. It is just - the best way to learn magic is searching and reading and practicing. No one will give you a shortcut on a plate. Ask people for books, read them and ask questions about things you don't understand.
I personally - can't help you, because I don't know much about meditation - currently searching info too ;) others maybe don't have time, I don't know - but it is not because of racism :) bless be
Thanks guys! I really appreciate your efforts to help me out of this difficult situation. Though some time i cast spell on my own most time it works and would not. I understand that without first of all mastering the basics, the chances of achieving a satisfying results would so narrow. So pls can some one help me with all the basics? If only you have the chance. Thanks in anticipation!
Practic, practic and practic. I had the same problem at the begining, I didn't give up, was trying and trying and slowly I get better and better. You will too just practice. Also go to the Article ( top of this page on your left) good place to start. You will finde topics there you my interested and start reading. Checck the videos as well it my be helpful as well!

Have you tried using calm and instrumentral music during meditation? It really helps. Or you can look up binaural beats or guided meditations on Youtube to aid you. Guided meditation recordings force you to listen to someone else's voice rather than your mind. That voice aids you into reaching meditation. Binaural beats helps your brain to go into REM state, which shifts your consciousness. Try these out. If sitting up hurts, try laying down. I hope this helps.
