Moon Phase for spell

This isn't my spell its someone else's. I was wondering what moon phase I should do it it. The spell is to help someone realize they have done you wrong and they will do anything to rectify the situation.

Well it claims to be sending out positive energies to help a person realize what they've done so to effectively start a new which I wold place either in the new or waxing moon however I'm a little concerned that isn't what it's actually going to do. The wording of the spell seems far more pitched towards making them suffer than repairing the relationship. To quote "May they know the hurt and the pain" now to me that doesn't sound particularly positive and I would be hesitant before casting it. To be perfectly honest if you want someone to realize that they've done you wrong the most effective way is going to be sitting down and having a talk with them, I wouldn't hold out too higher hopes for the spell. After all, assuming it works, just because they suffer for it doesn't mean they'll realize what they've done or who to.

For me it sounds more like a curse... I wouldn't cast it if I were you.
