Lucid dreaming spell

Can I cast a spell or have one cast for lucid dreaming? I haven't had much luck with it and I was wondering whether I could achieve it through a spell?

Greetings. I don't know of a spell to achieve lucid dreaming, but I know of methods wich most people do to increase the chances of a lucid dream. Through out the day you can do self recognition things like telling yourself "I'm here and alive" or just look in a mirror. This helps the brain realise when it's dreaming. Also, keep a dream diary, and jot down the description of a dream when you've just had one. There are different ways too, and if you do these steps on a daily bases you should lucid dream.
