scared to contact spirits

Hey! :) Numerous times I have tried to contact my spirit guide via seance. I've never actually done a séance because I get scared whenever I start. Does anybody know how I can get over this fear???

if you say that you fear summoming spirits (which is normal for a newbie) then i really recommend you not doing that because you will end up getting hurt (100%) and trust me when i tell you this information comes from experience and faxt not belief. do not try until you have assistance or anything to take away the fear .. some study many years before encountering spirits be wise or face the consequences. tc

you do not need to summon your spirit guide, meditate on it or astral project.

You don't need to do a summoning to contact your "spirit guide". Speaking to him in prayer or just speaking to him like he is there will do just fine, even if your not sure of yourself. Summoning isn't something you should get into right off the bat. It's something you should get a better grasp of before attempting on trying, and always learn how to banish before summoning. It's "easy" to bring something into this world, but takening them back out isn't so easy.

Summoning of the bat is rash,rash gets you killed

Unfortunately there is no way to get over it besides getting your head on strait and just pushing through.
