i can't visualize?

First of all , sorry if I am in the wrong topic. I have look all of them and can't seem where this one fits.

My problem is that I have difficulties with visualizing.

This is how it becomes

Just a while ago, I started doing this aura unlocking one. It didn't work in the living room cause of noise and I tried again in my bedroom ( It was dark and quiet). And then I start visualizing. But turns out I can't . I keep seeing my room. (I was visaulizing a white room ) but my room keeps reappearing. I tried and tried but fails.

Any advice or solutions?

One thing could be that you are focused too much on the room rather than taking your focus away from it completely. Like those annoying times where you can't find where you put your pen, but when your not looking it's always there. That's because when you look for the pen, your only focused on looking for it rather than actually finding it. It's just about finding the balance within your mind, keep calm and keep trying, you will be able to do it better and better over time :)
