Pink quartz.

I learned that pink quartz help you in astral projection. But I don't know how to use it.

Also I learned that it gives very good vibrations, but I want to know the way I can bond with it. I want to bond with it for best results. Also, I love naturally. And I live much more crystals and quartz like amethyst etc.

Anyway so generally my two question were how can I bond with my crystal or to warm it up to give me vibrations, and how do I use it for help to ap?

Pink quartz, or rose quartz, is also called the "Love stone." It is generally a good stone for relationships, whether that be with a lover, friend, or family.

I have also found that is it a very relaxing stone. It is a good stone to balance and calm your emotions. From what I know about astral projection, you need to be very relaxed. This may be where your rose quartz comes into play.

A good way to "bond" with your crystal is to cleanse it while holding it and just paying attention to what you feel. I often times will do this by running it through incence smoke while listening to music, or lightly meditating. There are other ways to cleanse your stone though, so you may want to find a way that connects with you more.
