Best spell to stop nightmares and bad dreams?

Have you tried dream catchers? I had two of them and they worked very well. I hardly had night mare after hanging them up. It helps if you put them above your head. Their cheap sometimes depending where you get them or you can make them yourself.

I have one but its not working perhaps I put in the wrong place because I used to have one long ago.

I have not tried rosemary.

You could rub or place Amber, Amethyst, or Adventurine (crystals/gemstones) by your bed before you sleep. They are suppose to help with healing and removing negativity... Which would help with nightmares.

As previously stated, well, a spell may nor be needed. Some charms really are good though. As are basic lifestyle changes. For example, try no sugar before bed. Sugar makes nightmares. Try drinking a relaxing tea like chamomile or just plain ole yellow label. You could try a charm. Personally a dream catcher never did Mich for me, however, amythest really works wonders I find. You could also try to learn lucid dreaming to take control of your dreams in the longer term.

There are many factors that could be influencing your dreams, factors from your life such as stress or problems you may be having. A spell would not be necessary, there are many charms and items that could help you sleep in peace. Dream pillows, stones such as amethyst, dream catchers, etc. are all good items that aid in one's good dreaming.

I had a lot of nightmares before i got my dream catcher it really works for me.

I found out Black Kyanite works very well with grounding and destroying negative energy. The other cool thing about it is a high vibrational stone meaning whom ever is a empathic will feel its energy right away or the ones with low vibrations wont be able to stand it's energy and never needs cleansing but I usually do anyways to just to care for the stone.
