Im new and I casted a few spells today and yesterday. I need advice from my coven. I also am being pressured to resign from spell casters and join black cross what should I do???

Understand, if you are new, you shouldn't cut halfway in and start with spells, you should start from the beginning, understanding the concept of magick is really important. You should start with learning about the basics, in which, has been mentioned on every topic that includes a new member stating they are new. You can find a couple of good forums about the basics in the "main forum" under the "General Info" section, they are called "The Basics: Expanded" and "Starting Out". Now, there are quite a few differences that are instated when joining a regular coven, than this coven.
Regular groups, halls, and or covens have Priests, Priestess, or both that you have to follow.

Regular groups, halls, and or covens may require you to actually do some type of activity to insure your participation in the group, hall, and or coven.
Regular groups, halls, and or covens may require you to study and actually gain knowledge based on real magick.
It should be your decision on what; groups, hall, and or coven you go into. You don't want to go to a group (I am just going to start calling them groups) that you don't like. That is why we ask that you study a bit about the group before sending an application and requesting to join.

It should be your and only your sole decision on which coven you want to join and shouldn't let others influence your decision. Go through the bio of every coven so that you get an idea about what each coven does.
Since you are in the broom closet, you might actually find similarities in the coven called 'the broom closet'.
Also as someone already said, don't jump into spells right away. Learn the basics first. For casting spells you need to actually know how a spell work. So yeah, you have a long way to go before you actually successfully cast a spell. Have patience and learn about magick and am sure you'll be able to do what you want then.
As stated by x1771, do not listen to Dark, such feats can not happen, we are all bound by the physical aspects of our real, in which doesn't allow anything that can change or alter the physical fabric, to happen, plain and simple. Such behavior is only in the mind of Dark, sense he believes he is part demonic, his brain is believing he is, even though he isn't transforming realistically.
