Desperate-Seeking Answers

OK, I don't know exactly where to begin this but I am desperate. I guess I should give a little bit of background on myself. I am a 17 year old girl who has special abilities. They are more on the side pf psychic abilities. I say this because I have predicted the future, I have dreams about the future, I have told my friend her entire past with specific details, I am extraordinarily sensitive to spirits. When I use a crystal to see how open my chakras are, my third eye chakra goes crazy. My grandma was the first one to test this and it shocked her how crazy the crystal got when it was on my third eye. I have no idea how to control or harness these "powers". They are considerably weak due to the fact that I am a spacey person with a vivid imagination, and it is hard for me to be still and meditate. I should also mention that there is a certain group of people from history that I am weirdly interested in. I have no idea why this interest in them is so strong. My friend, who is also physic, says she saw a group of men (spirits) around me. They apparently were very protective. This period of history is from 1870s. If anyone can help me with these powers and to harness them I would so happy. I don't know what to do anymore. I can always feel it but never use it.

If your grandmother is involved why not ask her to teach you? By the way, the group of spirits are more than likely your ancestors.

Unfortunately my grandmother is not pagan and is also not comfortable working on family.

you have to find that on your own. There is not a specific method to harness and use your energy. You have to discover yourself the method that is most suitable for you. I would also suggest you to work on your crown chakra and connect spiritually with your higher self.
