wat is the aristal plane

I've been hearing alot about it wat exactly is the aristal plane and how do u get to it

Astral Plane is the spiritual plane, to get to it, you astral project, which is basically projecting your spirit out, very difficult to learn by yourself..

You get to it through Astral Projection. From what I know, it's like another level of consiousness, like a spiritual realm. Sorry if I'm getting my info mixed. Also, it's called astral plane. ^-^

I think you're getting confused between astral travel and astral projection; astral projection is just an ouer0body experience where you project your etheric self out of your physical being (like a ghost) but I don't h=think you you can astral travel from there, which is directly going to the plane.

The astral plane is the place that you go when you astral travel. When you astral project your consciousness leaves your body in your astral form and can travel on the astral plane. There are many levels to the astral and the higher you go the more beautiful it can become.

Although there re so many spiritual planes that if you've never astralled it can be easy to confuse the two.

I myself mostly used to spritually travel but not astrally I was not allowed to then one day I heard from Lady O saying what where you doing there? Were you looking for me? I said I dunno was I astralling.

It's only more lately that I've noticed a few times of being there but I still mostly don't know what I get up to.

Same here, i travel on Astral, but most times have zero recollection, only lately starting to get it, but spiritual travel is also very handy and can serve to teach you much.

How are we supposed to remember what we saw, if we forget about it when we wake up?
