Uncomfortable feeling

So I never really liked my parents house in general I always felt uncomfortable or cold or just down right feeling watched. I always felt it must be normal but I recently moved out and I'm not having those feeling at my apartment. Every time i go back I suddenly feel scared and super cold. Is there a reason for this what could be happening. I never could sleep by myself either I would have to much adrenaline in my system because I would feel like I was being watched. Nothing bad ever happened but why was I the only one who felt that way?

Well, what your sensing is negative spirits, or negative energies that was left behind in that house. It's a special ability that some people have.

What Bloodlust27 said. Although it may appear some people have that ability and other don't we all are capable of it. It's something you may have to exercise.
I know exactly the feelings you are talking about

I live with family for now and I've had those feelings here. I'm learning you can create your own "atmosphere" and it actually isn't that difficult.

While the above is possible, it's also worth considering that it could simply be subconscious fears, personal unease, and other such factors. It's important to play the devil's advocate with such things, so that every little sensation doesn't necessarily leave one crying supernatural; something that is quite easy to do, and we have all done at some point in our studies.

My cats feel the same way they are always anxious growling at noting and running from nothing. When I have my cat in my ro which is where I feel the most unsafe they are always hunched up and hair on end and growling or very wide eyed. There is an old church and what most people tell me to be a haunted house but the house isn't my house. My house is only a few miles from the cemetery and the church and the house.

It's possible you could be feeling the energies of spirits, but it could also be paranoia or other unconscious emotions about your parents/their home.
