Which spells are true?

First of all, I'd like to say that I'm new to witchcraft and I have a lot to learn. But I'd like to ask how to know if a spell is true or not. I've read that all the spells related to becoming something non human (mermaid, werewolf, fairy...) are false. I understand that, but are the spells related to summoning also false? For example: to summon a fairy or a guardian? I'm really into fairies and I'd really do anything to see one again (I saw one when I was like 5 years old).

Thanks for reading my question, and if possible answering.

(Sorry if I made any mistakes, I'm Spanish and English isn't my first language)

In my research and discovery, spells are meant to harness energy and place it in the universe where you want/need it. If you were to prepare and create a spell for a guardian/fairy, the core intention of that spell is for protection (it could be different in your eyes - each spell has a unique intention according to the caster). While summoning a guardian/fairy for protection can be done, know that you are actually summoning energy* to protect you, whether you call it a fairy or angel or guardian - you are merely asking the universe for it to protect you. So, in answer to your question: Which spells are true? If you believe in the energy you are invoking; if you cast your intentions out into the universe via a spell with true faith, then it is a true spell according to you. Hope this helps :) Blessed be
