Symbol

(I do apologize if this is the wrong thread for this topic, I was not sure so I posted it in misc topics to be safe). I posted sometime ago about a mark that the powers that be put on my wrist. I have come to discover that it is symbolizing a dragon. Now the question is what does it mean? Are there any people who may be able to help me solve this puzzle once and for all?
