Need help with memories

I think someone's tempered with my memory in the past locking it away, I need to remember back to that day and the events before it, that has also been locked away, can anybody help me unlock my memories?

You could also try psychological techniques for unlocking repressed memories. I'd suggest Googling that.

Hypnosis can help with your memory, but the question is, is this something you need to remember or is it from a bad event? If the memory is dark, it's possible your mind is trying to protect you from it for now, and when the time is right you can recall.

So my question is, why do you need to remember back to that day and the events before it?

My spatiality is hypnosis, and I am asking these questions to make sure you don't abuse what universe is blocking you from remembering now.
