I found this amazing site with alot of information and free books, I was given the site by people on here. It is called Sacred-Texts.com. I am currently reading the kybalion and The pictorial key to the tarot by a.e waite .
I was wondering if anyone else has been to this website an have read anything from it an if so can you reccomend anything that I should be reading to further my knowledge on magick. Really anything to help me learn about magick more, how it works, what forces are behind.
I have been interested in magick since I was very younge especially with all the things that have happened to me. So with that being said can anyone help me ?

Margaret Murray should be avoided like the plague. Other than that Magicinq gives good names.
I'd personally devour Levi first, and then maybe take a look at Agrippa's books, as well as the Magus by Francis Barrett. They can be dry, but these books shaped a lot of the modern Western practices present today.
Btw Just about all of the Grimores are on there
Then you have the Witches Hammer to teach you how twisted the old worlds view of the occult was..Lots of Great full volumes
On just about any topic..Excellent source site.
BandJunkie - I tried looking for those books an they where not on the site, But I did find a few on amazon used ones for 4 bucks a pop. So Ill more then likely buy them once Im done reading sacredtexts stuff. I might get it sooner so I just have to carry the book around. I heard really good things about those books an thank you!
Magickinqu: Ill for sure check them out, Im so amazed by this site and I really love everything they are offfering for free thats for sure. Thanks for the recommendations an help :) !
Dioskouri: Thank you for the warning about that specific author. The reason I made this thread was becaues I dont want to read books that are not going to help me on my journey so I really appreciate the warning. I was told to read about levi, What are your thoughts about aleister crowley?

I think people who say bad things about Aleister Crowley's spiritual writings have never read them, I think they are brilliant and worth attention by every occultist. Occultism wasn't respected in his day, and he worked hard to present it in a rational way which people from various backgrounds could relate to.
Must read Crowley books are "Liber ABA/Book 4, Magick Without Tears, and Eight Lectures on Yoga."
Must read Levi books: "Tanscendental Magic (dogma et ritual) and "The key of the mysteries".
Agrippa: "Three Books on Occult Philosophy."
Barrett: "The Magus."
Grimoires ( I recommend Joseph Peterson, Stephen Skinner, or Jake Stratton-Kent versions, avoid Crowley's goetia!): The keys of Solomon, the grimorium Verum, and Honorious.
Frater Achad (If he is on there): Q.B.L: The Brides Reception.
The reason I dislike Margaret Murray is that her research was poor and her facts faulty, you might as well read fiction.
