For a love spell, when would it most powerful to do it if all the spell says is "under a waxing moon"? Is a full moon no good? Also, is dragon blood incense good for such a spell?

dragon blood incense is great for lots of stuff such as dispelling negativity, exorcism, to inspire courage, attract love, protection during an invocation and spell working. Dragon blood incense is excellent for many things and should do excellently for your love spell.

the waxing moon would be better as it has ideal properties for doing a love spell at that time but a full moon is a all around good time for magick so i'm sure you can incoporate it well within the spell.

it depends how the spell is worded but a general rule is waxing moon is good for "drawing things to you" and waning moon is used for "banishing or getting rid of things" Full moons are ideal for rituals, charging your items and also good for divination or any working that you think needs extra energy
