Whenever i try to meditate i feel like sumone is near me or standing behinde me. I can't concentrate on meditation. Pls help me what should i do?

Could be a number of things, perhaps a spiritual being is behind you, more likely your mind is subconsciously worried someone could sneak up on you. Try sitting with your back to the wall, hopefully facing the door. If my backs to the door I get an uneasy feeling myself.

It's called being paranoid, I'm just gonna throw a guess out and say someone close to you doesn't know you are trying to meditate and you don't want them to catch you. Whether I'm right or wrong your best bet is to go somewhere where you feel safe to meditate . personally I used to go for a walk in the woods and find a space there to meditate .it works great plus it allows you to separate yourself from the world as we know it.

Thanx all! But i try to meditate in my room! Maybe my mind cannot concentrate on meditation so it be showing that type of illusion

I do believe when you feel watched by doing something like meditation it's usually that of someone, not an actual human being but more like a ghost but not. You're doing something spiritual when you're meditating it may be attracting a spiritual being (I finally thought of the name.) If so, than try clearing your mind completely of awareness to it or put a blanket over your head if it helps. It happens to me all the time, if it still happens then it is just your concious mind being aware of what's around you and paranoia most of the time.

Advice someone told me that helped. Try lighting an incense preferably with banishing properties. Even if it is a possibility nothing is there, it will still put your mind at ease that you are safe. Some people prefer to meditate in their circle casting as well if you know how to do it, give it a shot.

Also the big problem when you are beginning to meditate, everything will seem to distract you, so you may have to start off just practicing doing absolutely nothing, then try focusing on your breathing.
