Thread Removal

I need major help.

I have a thread of negative energy that is binding me to someone else and they are harming my life.

I had to ask them to remove it because I did something insanely stupid and that's agree to be bound to them. However they did nothing but harm me.

They refuse to take it off, remove it.

I don't know how to remove it or anyone who can help me.

If you know how to take off a thread, please message me and let me know.

You're bound to them? Like a slave or something? Do they control your movements? This sounds impossible and I think it's in your imagination.

Or are they 'stealing' your energy? If so, the only thing I can think of is to draw a protective circle and making that a daily routine.
