well i do know of the Wiccan Church of Canada, it's not really a church as you would envision, ones a store and the other i believe is a spiritual centre. it's called a church for legal purposes because being labelled a religious institution gives them tax credits, and they're also legally aloud to marry people through handfasting rituals. [if my memory's correct] they also do regular rituals throughout the year, 6 months inside, six months outside weather permitting.
unless you're talking about another place. i think it's just a title to make Wicca a. less scary and b. tax break. i've heard stories of covens in the states buying land for religious reasons and bad things happening because people are not only close minded and scared of 'witches' but some don't consider Wicca a religion. [cough fox news cough] so their places of worship were trashed, vandalized, sometimes property taxes were increased. sounds crazy but i know of a few places here in Canada with by-laws against anything 'occult'.
Sure, They are around, I know of one in new york city
From what i hear they have a ton of members and its pretty Huge size Wise..I think they have an annual fee.
I read the website a while ago

But i hear its a pretty cool place vibe wise.
Yes, there are real Wiccan churches. Some call themselves churches while others may call themselves a coven, circle, temple or grove. Depends on tradition.
One popular church is the Unitarian Universalist church. They are well known for allowing Wiccans and Pagans to meet at them and generally know a few people you could talk to about learning more.
www.witchvox.com is my favorite place to find people, groups and witch shops locally. Most groups, like a coven or circle, will have someone who teaches the religion sometimes one on one or other times in a group class. If you live near a metaphysical or new age store (aka a witch shop) they might give classes or workshops that you can attend.
There is also a few websites that have lesson set ups. One is www.witchschool.com which is by the Correllian Wiccan tradition. They have temples in many places but also do online studies since they aren't everywhere. Their lesson plans are also available in book form.
However, if you are wanting in person lessons, expect no one to teach a minor without parent permission. Without written permission from a parent or guardian, it is illegal. It isn't that they don't want to teach it...they just don't want to get sued for doing it. So many teachers and group have an age requirement of 18 years old.
I know about one church and school of wicca in USA.
It is a large Organization and you must be serious to apply for membership or tuition. The link is www.wicca.org
Oh I forgot to post of favorite online Wiccan/Pagan school!

It's 100% free but it is like taking college classes. There will be homework and you are required to turn something in each month to keep from getting dropped. Sometimes the homework is answering a few simple questions and other times it's writing an essay. Its the next best thing to taking classes in person. The only costs are for supplies like the required reading for each class and any projects you might have to do. There are tons of classes outside of just the basics. For each class you take, you do get a certificate you can save and print.
