Saying you will pay for a spell is not generally the recommended thing to do.

Also love spells are a grey area of magick, some say they take away free will, so make sure you are certain this is what you want. If you can do a love spell yourself, that is usually the best way to go about it, love spells are dependant on the feelings and emotions of the caster, getting someone else to do this almost null and voids the purpose of the spell.

Magic is a tool, that's my belief, it might be interpreted differently, but using it more usually make you more experienced, so it makes sense. The question is if you are going to use that tool, or have someone else use it.

A respectable witch wouldn't take you up on your offer. Now if you are just looking at bringing love into your life, and not putting a love spell on a specific person, then we'd all be willing to help you cast it yourself. There is a big difference between casting a love spell on someone you want to love you, and doing one just to bring love into your life. The latter doesn't mess with free will and is fine to do. You'd want to do it yourself rather than have someone cast it because spells are powered by your desires so the strongest spell caster for that type of situation would be you.
