hi im a beginner to witch raft although I have been learning and studying and very interstellar in witchcraft since I was 7. What should I do for my self to adapt abilities and become a witch.
Step by step?
"What do I have to do to become a witch?"
Well,as you are only 13, it will be obvious that you haven't studied for more than a few years. Now, you say your Uncle is a witch. So the question you now have to ask, is, "What is a witch?"
A witch is a man or woman who practices witchcraft.
But, here is the problem; a great many people call themselves witches who do not practice witchcraft at all! For instance, followers of Wicca, often call themselves witches; when they should really be called Wiccans. Because Wicca is a religion; witchcraft is not!
You may think, for instance, that witches cast spells? Some do; many do not! I have never cast a spell in my life.
So, the next question is, "What is a spell?"
A spell is a ritual attempt to obtain a magical result.
So, now, girl, you have to study more.
But don't believe everything you read on this site!
To start off, are you wanting to learn Wicca or Witchcraft? There is a difference as already stated. Many people don't realize there is even a difference and that makes it confusing for those starting out, especially if they don't connect well to the Wiccan religious concepts but think they have to in order to practice Witchcraft.
I suggest you start with that. Google the difference between the terms Paganism, Wicca and Witchcraft. After that, decide what you would like look into. Then read everything you can get your hands on. Go only to creditable sites that list sources or have older knowledgeable folk versus teenage witchcraft teachers who lack experience.
If you need help with anything, feel free to pm me and I will help direct you to helpful materials.
I apologize in advance if this comment offends anyone .
From what I have learned it seems to me that Wicca isn't so much a religion , but a way of life. The key difference being that a religion needs to have a set God or gods of some such that require a set amount of faith. Even the spiritualism seems more of a religion by that definition than Wicca ( again I'm stating my own opinion, please don't take offense) Wicca could be more closely attributed to Buddhism. As in Buddhism you don't "worship" , you don't require faith to follow it. A practicing Wiccan can just as easily worship another God or not believe in gods.
I agree, Wiccans don't equal witches , as witchcraft and Wiccan craft are not the same . Nonetheless Wicca isn't a religion. I hope what I'm saying makes sense .
I would say you have several possibilities. Practice meditation and visualisation, see for example book by William Walker Atkinson, Mind-Power: The Secret Of Mental Magic. Is free on net.
Or you could try some yoga meditations, see siddhi.
Or you could try practice according to the book Initiation Into Hermetics, by Franz Bardon.....
