It could be a psychological disorder known as Bipolar Disorder. You should probably get it checked out.

i have some very good advice for you and its quit difficult to do,

get in touch with water alot, astrally speak with mermaids as they control emotions, sleep and always have a raw rose quartz with you . you should cleanse yourself and your house with florida water and bath with rose water.
if you dont know what they are then reasearch it.

Mermaids seem to be the new Demons on the forums. Relax people, you cannot become one, they don't exist, all that stuff. Demons do, but you cannot become one.
