Visiting the nine worlds

does anyone know how to meditate or perform a ritual of some sort, for a mortal person to somehow teach one of the nine worlds? i believe some of these deities are misunderstood in a way, people need to see these places and see what the truth is.

It's not an uncommon practice to "project" to one of the realms in the same way you would go about AP (astral projection). Some various forms of projection I use include journeying and pathwalking, for instance.

When projecting, sometimes something physical like a momento (a small object representative of the specific place you wish to project) can help to guide you there. If you are interested, the use of a stang can be quite beneficial as well. You can build a stang with nine rungs to represent the nine realms, and place items at each rung to serve as your momentos. This gives you a sense of focus, and somewhere to channel your intent and will when you attempt to project.

thanks. im quite new to AP. ive tried some, but nothing has happend so far. all i see is just imagination, i cant leave my physical body, but im sure it takes practice.
