I need help projecting

I have read many books and theories and have become very close to projection but I was wondering if anyone had any methods that worked for them

I haven't fully Astral Project, I just managed to seperate my half upper body I think-head and hands are sure though. I didn't seperate fully though, most likely due to lower chakras problems.

The method I have used is simple, until you get into the point. I just pulled my Astral body (the part I managed to seperate) with my will. I tried to put my consiousness in my Astral body and get out.

Furthermore, free fall method has brought me vibrations. This experience is a bit complicated though, because when happened I was in a dream. I suddendly saw in the dream I was up a huge hole in earth and I wanted to fall down so I did. After a while I got vibrations, I understood what was happening and woke up in a trance.
The techniaues hat have not work wrll for me, is the rope method and the roll out. I just don't get it with the rope, and with the roll out it was always ending into a dream....


What I'm trying to say, is that each person is unique, so some techniques have a certain success for you while others don't. For instance, rope method works for most people with possitive results, while for me, I just can't get it, it may be the worst technique for me.
You can also make a technique of your own. "Techniques" aren't laws, they're just a proccess of thoughts and mentally trying and such, to achieve Astral Projection, and a relaxed state.
