Dreams, feelings, pyschic

Hi,
Ever since I can recall I would be asleep and eight before I would wake up I would see something, a place, a name, a conversation, sonetging, and within a week that something that I seen happened. Example : I saw myself talking to a man dressed in a uniform from like an old time war, and we talked = two days later I went to a fair type thing and it happened ( I don't remember what his stand was ). I normally get tons of them so it's hard to remember all, but I have noticed with that, that if I get a lot of them in a week's time ( from seeing them and happening ), something das happens . Example: I had about four of those a night and they came true the next day, it went on for a week with the number of times it happened growing, I knew something was wrong, a family member I haven't seen in years came to the house and told my grandma something was wrong, she had thyroid cancer.
That ain't the only thing.... I use to do tarot readings, I did one for a friend of mine who I knew nothing about his family, I got to one card and told him in depth about his father, and it was all true. Lastly the other thing, is when talking to someone or on here just searching through a profile I get a word or something in my head and it normally relates to the person, without evening knowing that about them .
I wanted to know if that means I'm pyschic.

The things you mention above does gives a link to being psychic so yeah, but then it also depend.
